01How do I book a spot?+
Open the schedule, pick an evening, choose your spots, pay through the cart. Confirmations land in your inbox within sixty seconds.
02Can I come alone?+
Yes — most members do. The whole point of FOOTYUP is rocking up solo and playing eight a side without a group chat.
03How does a match run?+
Ninety minutes, three rotating teams. You play fourteen, rest seven. Referee on every match. Kit, water and bibs are provided.
04Where are the pitches?+
Ballers — 810 Dubai Fountain Street, Downtown Dubai, right under the Burj Khalifa. FIFA-grade turf on shock pads; the match card carries the address and a map pin.
05Showers, lockers, parking?+
Parking is right by the pitch. Bring boots, a change of clothes and a water bottle — kit, bibs and water are on us; the match card lists the venue details.
06What level of players?+
Working amateurs of every level. Members get a rating after their third match; matchmaking keeps teams balanced.
07How do I find the pitch?+
Each match card has an address, a What3Words pin and a direct deeplink into Google / Apple Maps. The coordinator is on WhatsApp from twenty minutes before kickoff.
08What do I bring?+
Boots (turf trainers or FG), a change of clothes and a water bottle. Everything else is included in the match fee.
09Where can I see my stats?+
Open your member profile. Goals, assists, rating, attendance and a sparkline of your last ten matches.
10How do refunds work?+
Cancel up to twenty-four hours before kickoff for a full refund. Inside the window we credit your account for the next match.
11Where are photos and video?+
Match reports drop on Instagram and the members channel within forty-eight hours. Highlight reels are shot at marquee matches.
