01How do I book a spot?+
Choose a published game in the schedule. Sign in or create an account, complete your player profile and follow the booking steps. For a paid game, your place is confirmed after full payment. Check your confirmation before travelling.
02Can I come alone?+
Yes. Book an individual place and come on your own. Organisers arrange the teams at the session; you do not need to bring a team.
03How does a match run?+
Our current games are 8-a-side at Ballers Downtown. A session lasts 90 minutes. Check the match card for the number of places; the organiser manages teams and substitutions on the day.
04Where are the pitches?+

05Showers, lockers, parking?+
Check the current venue details before travelling. If showers, lockers or parking are essential for your visit, confirm their availability with the venue or contact FOOTYUP.

FOOTYUP organises amateur football. Organisers arrange the teams; player ratings do not guarantee an evenly matched game. Contact the club before booking if you are unsure whether a session suits your experience.
07How do I find the pitch?+
Open the location and map link on your match card. Allow time for traffic and check the kickoff time before leaving. Contact the club if you need help finding the venue.

10How do refunds work?+
If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before kickoff, the booking amount is returned only as bonus credit in your personal account. The service fee is non-refundable. Refunds are issued only as bonus credit in your personal account, available for future bookings. Money is not returned to a card, bank account or in cash. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded. Repeated no-shows may restrict future access.

12What does a game cost?+
The current price is shown on each match in the schedule. Review any service fee and the full amount at checkout before paying. The pitch, bibs and water are included.

Published dates, kickoff times and available places are shown in the schedule. Games take place in the evening; check your chosen date rather than assuming a game runs every day.
