Before you
ask
How many people can you host?
From 10 up to 40+. Smaller groups get a single pitch; larger groups run as a rotation or a bracket across the evening.
How far ahead should we book?
A week is comfortable for a one-off; busy weeks and large tournaments are better with two to three. Tell us your date and we will confirm a venue.
Can you invoice the company?
Yes — we invoice the company with VAT, and accept card or bank transfer. No employee has to pay out of pocket.
Can we bring our own teams?
Absolutely. Pre-set your sides or let our coordinator draft balanced teams on the night — your call.
What if people drop out last minute?
No problem — we size the pitch and format to who turns up, and the quote flexes with the final headcount.
